Hello, we can speak english if you prefer
I didn't build the rear seat, I bought this one on the wrenchmonkees website because at this moment I didn't want to spend time.
Now I change exhaust by shorter version so I think made a mould and modify the form.
If you need more information ask me.

Filippo a écrit :Hello , thanks for the information . I would like to know Which tires you have mounted on the bike . They have the speed index " V " ?
Hi,
Sharter's using Dunlops K81 tires. K82 are also good (it's basically the same, with a little more modern compound).
A little bit expensive, but very good tires that keeps the "classic" looks.
That's also what I have on my GT250.
I'm not sure having the "V" speed index is very useful for those tires. I don't think the XS500 will go up to 240 km/h !
[EDIT] I checked quickly, K81s are "S" (up to 180 km/h) and K82s are "H" (up to 210 km/h). More than enough for this ~50bhp classic bike !
