"Teacher Appreciation Week, May 4th - 8th
Teacher Appreciation Week is the ideal time to express our gratitude for the remarkable dedication, guidance, and care shown by our head teachers, assistant teachers, and floaters throughout the year. We are planning some special events for Teacher Appreciation Week. Tuesday, May 5th will be "Blooms Day," on which each child may bring in a few single-stemmed flowers to contribute to beautiful bouquets for the teachers. Wednesday, May 6th will be "Words Day," on which your child may bring in handwritten notes, cards, or drawings for the teachers. Thursday, May 7th will be set aside to recognize all of our dedicated assistant teachers and floaters. To wrap up the week, we will celebrate all of our teachers with "Feast Day" on Friday, May 8th. Sign-up sheets are now available at the front desk if you'd like to bring in a tasty breakfast or lunch treat!
Families are often curious about the teachers' favorite hobbies, places to shop or eat, etc. To that end, we've created a binder with "All About Me" pages for our Head Teachers and Assistant Teachers. Feel free to ask Karyn, Ali, or Jen M. if you'd like to have a look!"
